Down on the valley Clanging of armors fighting No face left to see
2.
Minding last winter Torn flesh scattered on the field It's flowered again

I'm behind the wall Always near the main way-in Here it comes my prey

On a spring-like land Hundreds of hooves hard pounding You'd be one of those

Don't mind at gestures When the enemy's point-blank... The void is virtue

Flood came to save all From the tyrants garrison It went off with us

Wait patiently son The way of warrior is death Hide among the leaves

How could I fade out? Didn't come with your head yet I'll come back for you

about

Bushi is a japanese word for 'Samurai', the military nobility of medieval and early-modern Japan. The whole album deals with key-words of the Samurai world.

Lyrically every song is a little haiku, a short form of Japanese poetry.
Musically is an experiment between roaring low tuned guitars and a vocal approach near the Psychedelia era.

about

BUSHI Porto San Giorgio, Italy

Bushi is the brainchild of Alessandro Vagnoni (drummer for Bologna Violenta, Ronin and
multi- instrumentalist for his onemanband project Drovag), here as guitarist and

Born as a trio, Bushi is now a quartet with the sax player Sergio Pomante (ex-Ulan Bator,
String Theory) joining Davide Scode (Morso) and Fabrizio Baioni (ex-Drunken Butterfly, Leda).
